New Service: Resume Database

I'm starting a resume database for solo 1099 federal sub-contractors (or aspiring ones).

The plan is to create a Google Spreadsheet with some summary info, and then charge companies for access to the full resume/contact info.

So for my profile, they would see something like "Principal Business Intelligence Developer with TS/SCI clearance who helps clients understand the 'question behind the question' and develop Tableau dashboards to answer them" along with a few bullet points.

Then, if they pay the fee, they can get access to the full database of resumes, including mine, and see if any would fit a need they have under a 1099 arrangement.

If you're interested, just e-mail me your resume and I'll do the summary work based on what's in it.

If there are any relevant details not included in your resume though, let me know. Things like

  • Professional narrative (if you have one)
  • Government clients you've worked with
  • Security clearance level

This will be free for you, and I will charge the companies for access.

I don't know if this will work but it seems like an under served area in this industry. There are lots of freelance sites for other industries (just take a look at Upwork) but not for government.

If I can get a few of you good 1099 gigs from this, I'll consider it a win.

You can reply to this e-mail directly or send a separate e-mail to dale@1099fedhub.com with your resume.
