Another sign you could 1099

A recruiter from a staffing firm e-mailed me yesterday and said his client was looking for a Business Process Engineer with a TS/SCI.

That position sounded familiar since the prime I'm working with has a similar job posting on their own website.

I asked the recruiter if it's the same company and he said it was.

If you're getting a lot of phone calls about the same position from different companies, that's a good sign it's a hard to fill position.

If you can get in touch with the prime program manager, you could probably go 1099.
